My husband and I are looking toward retirement life in the University town where we live. We have the best of both worlds - an international population the university provides, along with restaurants that offer cuisines of other countries. In addition, there are also small surrounding towns with farmers that sell local organic produce. Our town is at the edge of a national forest so there are many recreational opportunities, but community members can also participate in academic activities by signing up for popular courses offered by the university. Deiderich helps us find home and auto insurance that is the best fit for us, and our lifestyle and preferences. Our agent, Ms. Parrone, has been great at explaining our options and has helped us communicate with insurance company representatives to get questions answered and keep things from bogging down. If there is a lack of communication somewhere, I know I can contact her and she will keep things moving along.

I live is a small community and I have Diederich Group for our insurance due to Cindy's understanding of my insurance needs. She does not sales pitch me on products and when I call with questions, she educates me on my options, provides her advice based on her experience and takes care of what I need immediately. I have auto, home, earthquake, and umbrella policies currently and if I need health, I'd reach out to her for guidance and advice. She looks for the best insurance to fit my needs and budget. On the rare occasion when I've had a claim, she walks me through it and even coordinated payment with the repair people who were making things difficult. I don't need Cindy often but even when she's off, she'll let me know when she'll be back in the office to assist me, or who can help me if it's urgent.
